What is your design commission process?

Once I have received a brief for the artwork I will provide a quote and payment information. When I have received payment I will begin to conceptualize the design and create a round of sketches for the clients feedback. I then draw up the chosen sketch and provide a preview of the final design for feedback before I send the artwork files over via email. Up to 2 revisions are included in the price quoted, any further revisions are charged at an hourly rate.

 

How long is the turnaround time for commissions?

Turnaround time varies from 2 to 4+ weeks depending on my current workload and the complexity and size of the project. If you have a tight deadline please ensure you mention it when enquiring about a commission.

 

What are your rates?

Please contact me directly for rates and pricing. My rates depend on several factors including whether the design is premade or a commission, the complexity of the design and the number of designs purchased. 

 

What should I do if I’ve seen your artwork for sale and I’m not sure if it’s an authorised product?

Please contact me and I’ll confirm if it is or not.

 

Can I print your artwork on merchandise for my own personal use?

No. You can only print my artwork if you have purchased the commercial printing rights to the design.

I've bought an artwork file of one of your designs from Etsy or another website, can I print or use the design?

No you can't. I do not sell design files anywhere other than through my own website or Instagram. If you have bought a file from elsewhere it is a counterfeit file and using my artwork without purchasing a license directly from me will mean that you are committing a crime, specifically Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement. 

 

Can I get a tattoo of one of your designs?

Yes you can! I ask for a small donation for the use of my artwork as a tattoo. The donation goes towards the care of a colony of cats that I look after.

Do you create custom tattoo artwork?

Do you have a Patreon?

What software and equipment do you use to produce your designs.

I use the Procreate and Adobe Draw apps on my 12.9” iPad pro, I prefer the larger screen size as it gives me more room to draw, I also use an Apple Pencil with my iPad. I use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop on my iMac and I use a Huion tablet for finishing touches.
